Recently delivered this mood board for a client wanting to redecorate her primary bedroom in a way that makes her feel more like herself! I especially love the feminine touches of the fringe on the bottom of the chair, the crystal chandy, and that dreamy wallpaper! #enhanceahdc #abbyhostetlerdesignco #primarybedroomdesign #moodboard #designplan taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @enhance.ahdc

I had the privilege of selecting a new sofa and custom pillows to ENHANCE this existing art in my client's Keeping Room this week. This room is a real workhorse for a busy family so we were sure to select fabrics that will go the distance for them... everything except those Italian Linen striped pillows that were the splurge we couldn't leave behind 😅😏#enhanceahdc #abbyhostetlerdesignco #keepingroomdesign #performancefabrics #enhanceyourspace taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @enhance.ahdc

If you haven't grabbed this month's issue of The Roanoker, be sure and pick one up! It's my favorite HOMES issue and has several great articles and one where I'm interviewed about decorating with art. ✨ Plate walls are really having a moment, lately! In my opinion, they never went out- it's a great way to showcase a collection or add visual interest to a space. Here's one I recently helped a client put together on a focal wall in her dining room. 🍽️ ✨ #enhanceahdc #abbyhostetlerdesignco #platewall #diningroom #smalljobs taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @enhance.ahdc

I had the opportunity to give a presentation to Professional Women's Resource - Roanoke, last week. We talked about different ways a designer can help you- not just designing a room or a whole home, but for color consultations, styling, staging, or repurposing existing decor in a new space! How can I help you achieve the goal of enhancing your home? #enhanceahdc #abbyhostetlerdesignco #howcanihelp taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @enhance.ahdc

👷Driveway Update! Crusher run and paving is done! There are two more steps- the pavement has to cure a little longer before the curbing machine can add the curbing and Brian and the boys have to install the basketball goal but the footing is poured. We are pleased so far! I share the process because I want people to understand the process, the steps, and the actual time something like this can take. #enhanceahdc #abbyhostetlerdesignco #drivewaypaving #drivewayproject #hostetlerhacienda taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @enhance.ahdc
