If you’re looking for a fun weekend getaway in a romantic region of California, check out the township of Santa Ynez!

This picturesque town is full of western frontier style storefronts and Victorian buildings that make you feel like you’ve been transported to the 1880s!

Save this itinerary for a 36 hour fun trip through this hidden gem in California!

🏨 Check into the Hotel Genevieve. It’s a gorgeous Victorian style hotel, conveniently located in the center of town.

🍷 From the hotel you can walk (or borrow one of their bikes) to explore the charming town and check out some of the local tasting rooms such as Artiste and Cross Hatch.

🍽️ Make a reservation at The Victor (the restaurant at the Hotel Genevieve). Enjoy some excellent fine dining in their gorgeous dining room,barroom, or beautiful outdoor patio.

🚶🏽‍♂️ The following morning, take a quick stroll through the charming town and stop at the local bakery for some coffee and delicious pastries.

🐴 On select days, make sure to visit the Carriage House Museum.

🫒 In the afternoon, visit Global Gardens for some delicious organic olive oil and vinegar tasting.
