Archives: LuHi Clinic for athletic fundamentals 2019

My message to young people remains the same. All of my athletes know the first thing I require of them is to LOVE yourself.

Love requires showing up. Love requires being patient with yourself. Love requires discipline and accountability. Love requires acceptance. Love requires standing up for yourself. Love requires taking action. Loving yourself properly can help you to love those around you properly as well.

I’ve been blessed to be in front of so many amazing future athletes and young people. I thank God for every opportunity that has come my way.

Thank you Coach @christina__raiti and all the @empireyouthathletics and @luhiathletics for making me a better trainer over the years.

I’m forever Grateful for you all 💪🏾🫶🏾

Shout out to the NY Pro Physique Champ @alihealth_1 🏆

Big Ali always checks in when he’s in town. Always a pleasure to work on one of the Best competitors globally . I learn so much about the discipline and hard work it takes when he’s on the table to stay at the top!!

Let me say the work ethic of Ali is a reason why he is at the top rankings in the entire competitive front of the Physique Division.

Thanks for always getting some work done in NY brother. More blessings and Trophies on the way!!!!🏆🏆🏆

Also thanks to the best Gym @steveweinberger.bevsgym for this amazing environment to do what I love. Appreciate you big Steve!!
