On the 26th of September we boothed in this beautiful church in east london together with other really talented Clothes, jewellery and vintage booths! It was such a welcoming and lovely community and enle matcha was glad to serve our decaf matcha there!

As matcha becomes a visual trend, the intense green colour has become a symbol for people who care about aesthetics and are conscious of their health.

We served our Decaf matcha this Sunday for @joyce__bao at LFW 2026. Creating a custom decaf matcha lychee tonic, we wanted our drink to not only be visually stunning but to bring the experience of Joyce’s delicate and soft looks to life.

The salted lime rim, added a nice contrast to the umami forward decaf matcha tonic, brushed with the sweetness of our lychee syrup.

At enle, we believe decaf matcha is a different experience from matcha. We hope serving our decaf matcha in such spaces can promote caffeine inclusivity whilst bringing a tasty drink and experience for everyone to enjoy 🤍 by @enlematcha

Snowskin mooncakes (冰皮）are a modern, unbaked alternative of the traditional mooncake, originating in Hong Kong in the late 20th century. They are served cold, giving them a lighter and more refreshing bite.

Served with a gooey stretchy white milk mochi and Kuki Hojicha (which specifically uses the roasted stems and stalks), The nutty, toasted notes of the roasted tea together with the creamy sweetness of the milk mochi, is enle reimagines East Asian culinary tastes.

With drinks designed to keep cultural traditions vibrant, relevant, and exciting. 🤎

Salted Egg Yolks are traditionally baked into the center of sweet lotus paste or red bean mooncakes, the bright round yolk directly symbolizes the luminous full moon - representing completeness, perfection, and family reunion.

The rich and savory umami flavour from the salted egg yolk, combined with a sweet caramel pairs well with our earthy and vibrant decaf matcha.

By marrying elements of Western confectionery with ancient Chinese festival flavours, enle hopes to introduce new and unique flavours to our community in London and the United Kingdom.
