some of my fav lessons in chapter 31:

࿔ audacity over intelligence

those who get what they want in life are not the smartest in the room. but those who have the guts to go for what they want.

࿔ if I can see it in my mind, I can hold it in my hands.

mindset is everything. affirmations and visualizations work, it’s not witching. it’s self-talk that allows me to actually notice my potential and arising opportunities.

࿔ I can only connect dots looking backwards.

universe gives me what I need, not necessarily what I want at the moment. trust the journey, be patient and always believe that everything is connected and happens for a reason. no coincidences.

࿔ I am the love I give, not the one I receive.

but it doesn’t mean everyone deserves it, so stop pouring soul into people that don’t reflect my thoughtfulness and effort. set boundaries and don’t be a f*cking people pleaser.

࿔ there’s no better feeling in this world than being seen.

appreciating people that make me feel that way, even when they don’t stick around. instead of holding resentment, I choose to hold those precious moments with them.

࿔ don’t ignore any arising emotion.

I recognize it and let myself feel it. then I analyze, dig deep. I don’t leave any trigger unresolved. self-reflection & self-awareness is one of my biggest strengths.

࿔ freedom is not floating.

it’s commitment to my own plan and taking action. going with the flow works… until it doesn’t. adventures can’t bring me joy without a strong foundation that makes me happy. I stopped escaping from the ‘real life’. I’ve started to build it in a way that doesn’t require waiting for those dopamine boosts.

࿔ treating life like book chapters.

I change, so do my needs. there’s no set-in-stone 5-year plan, write one chapter at a time, leave some space for ‘doing it for the plot’.

࿔ giving myself f*cking credit.

it’s not ‘you’re so lucky’. It’s me following my soul cravings and doing the work. I may have 212931 mental breakdowns on the way but I don’t lower my standards. the hardest part is believing I deserve the life I want and I’m capable of living my dream.
