Spin instructors don’t make noise… they resurrect and instill discipline which helps you burn fat while also having fun.

Yesterday was a whole VIBE!

To everyone who called, texted, posted me, prayed for me, sent gifts, showed up, celebrated me, or simply took a moment to wish me a happy birthday THANK YOU! 🥹❤️

I felt the love, and honestly, I don’t take any of it for granted. 🫶🏽

You people really showed me pepper yesterday and I’m super grateful!

And to those who were like, “I’ll send something later”
I am still patiently waiting ooo! The birthday season has not officially closed.

May the love you showed me come back to you MULTIPLIED. 🙏🏽

Thank you for making my birthday so beautiful.

You no go love spinning ke 😂 rethink it please

The gym is a happy place, as much as we have those who goes there to reset themselves, connect and make a good use of their time there, we have the other sides also but then, discipline will separate the fruit from the shaft 😂

I love me some discipline members please
