Mullet with a Harissa Crumb 🌶️

On the specials at @enochsfishchips Junction, this dish has quickly become a new firm favourite amongst the staff.

The fish has a firm yet juicy texture, with delicate, flaky flesh. It pairs beautifully with the spicy harissa crumb.

Baked fresh in the oven, it’s a seriously delicious dish, using a local Welsh fish that deserves far more recognition than it gets 💙

Danny, and his good friend Adrian, are tackling the #PanCeltic Ultra 2026 to raise money for guide dogs for deaf people, a cause close to both their hearts 🐕

Bang Bang Prawns 🍤💥

On the specials at Junction: Crunchy, fiery, freshly battered prawns tossed in sriracha seasoning for a spicy kick 🌶️🔥

Served with a side salad and some sweet chilli sauce, they’re perfect as a starter or a light lunch.
