Customers don’t usually see the 5 different places you had to check before replying.

They just see how long the reply took.

For wedding/event planners, venues and suppliers, that matters. People are often comparing options, asking around, and moving quicker than you think.

Enquiry Connect is built to make that messy bit simpler:

Messages in one clearer place.
Important details pulled out.
Replies prepared for you to review and send.
No big system to learn.
Set up for you.

If your enquiries are starting to feel scattered, hard to stay on top of, or slower to reply to than you’d like, message me and we can have a quick, no-pressure chat about how you currently handle them.

That “quick admin morning” feeling when you work in weddings/events 😅

Client needs seeing.
Couples need replies.
Venue details change.
Suppliers need confirming.
Calendar needs checking.
And somehow the actual work you planned to do hasn’t even started.

This is exactly why I’m building Enquiry Connect — to help wedding/event planners, venues and suppliers keep enquiries organised, pull out the important details, and get replies prepared quicker.

Less chasing details. Less inbox chaos. More time to actually run the day.

My brain had one job.

Same energy as opening your inbox and forgetting who you were meant to reply to.

Worked enough hospitality jobs to know the most dangerous system is:

“Yeah, I’ll remember that.”

Allergies, table changes, deposits, special requests, quiet table requests…

Tiny customer details are always easy to remember..

Until it gets busy.

My attention span fighting for its life.

Worse when one of them actually matters.

Funny when it’s a mate.

Painful when it’s a customer enquiry.

Your inbox doesn’t know what’s worth money.

It puts “thanks” next to “can you send a quote?” like they deserve the same attention.

That’s how good enquiries get missed.

Enquiry Connect is set up for you around the tools you already use — so you don’t have to learn anything complicated, rebuild your process, or figure out the tech yourself.

We handle the setup.
We organise the enquiries.
We make the important ones easier to spot.
We prepare replies so you can respond quicker.

You just get less checking, faster replies, and fewer missed opportunities.

Same business.
Less manual work.

Want fewer missed enquiries?

The real jump scare is realising you’ve lost or forgotten the detail the customer already gave you.

“I’ll reply to that later” feels harmless… until the customer has already messaged someone else.

Most customers aren’t sitting around waiting for one business to reply.

They’re often comparing options, asking questions, and going with whoever makes it easiest to move forward.

And there’s a commonly quoted sales stat that says 35–50% of sales go to the business that responds first.

That’s why slow replies quietly cost more than they feel like they do.

The problem usually isn’t that you don’t care.

It’s that every enquiry creates extra work:
checking details, finding availability, writing the reply, transferring information between systems, remembering to follow up, and keeping track of what still needs attention.

That’s why I’m building Enquiry Connect.

I set it up around the tools your business already uses, so important enquiries are easier to spot, organise, and reply to — without adding another complicated system for you to learn.

Want fewer missed enquiries?

Comment or DM “Time” and I’ll help you simply have less admin and faster replies so you don’t feel the need to “reply later”.

The business closes.
The messages don’t.

WhatsApps. DMs. Emails. Missed calls. Booking changes. Quote requests. “Just checking…” messages.

By the time the day is done, there’s still a whole second shift sitting in the inbox.

And those “I’ll reply later” messages quickly turn into:

checking details,
writing polite replies,
remembering who needs chasing,
updating bookings,
sending quotes,
and trying not to miss anything important.

That’s where Enquiry Connect comes in.

We keep things simple from start to finish. We handle the setup for you, work around the tools you already use, and bring your enquiries into one place.

No big complicated system to learn.
No heavy lifting on your side.
Just less manual work, quicker replies, and more time back.

Same business.
Less chasing.

Want fewer messages to deal with after closing? Comment or DM “Time”.
