Today we celebrate the heart behind Ensenada ATX, our very own Chef Liz!

Her courage to follow her dreams and open a little food truck in Austin has turned into something so special. Every taco she makes is filled with love, and every customer who stops by holds a special place in her heart.

Today, we’re extra thankful for her life, her passion, and everything she’s created. Happy Birthday, Liz We love you!
