We were babies when we were first married. You were 20 and I was 19. They said there is no way they will make it! And I ain’t going to lie, there have been times even I didn’t think we would make it. But that’s marriage. It’s not easy and it takes a lot of work, a lot of grace, and a lot of forgiveness.

Here we are. At 2pm this afternoon we will be married for 25 years! 🥂👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️ We have accomplished so much. A thriving family owned business that is 20 1/2 years old, owning our own home, three beautiful children, successful careers, and able to do plenty of travel. 🧳 I’d say thus far we are doing alright.

So here’s to you Matt ….may the adventures never end, may we always continue to love one another through the good and bad, may our marriage be protected in faith from the lord above.

Today we woke up with one less teenager. My mind is still blown at how fast we got here. Happy 20th Birthday to my first born. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, wise beyond your years, Jesus loving , funny as can be, and loves everyone you come into contact with hard until given a reason not to. Your Dad and I are incredibly proud of the strong independent woman you are growing into. I hope you have the best time celebrating this weekend! by @ensor_fab_5

I blinked…from holding you as a tiny squishy baby, then to a always dirty and curious toddler, to turning into my little girl who loved sports and dressing up, to the stunning young lady who you are becoming. Sixteen came too fast for me and your Dad. I pray you continue to grow in your faith, in your confidence and in your abilities. Never let this cruel world dime your light.
