We have a lot of new faces here and we want to nip this looming question in the bud. What the actual f is a fourth space? Fair question. Here’s the answer: Most places ask you to bring one version of yourself. An athlete at the gym. A dancer at the studio. A patron at the cafe. A fourth space says all of you is in bounds. It’s a place where you can find your people based on similar values and passions, and actively build on that together. We read every single application and curate our community intentionally. @wecreate.ourfutures this year I'll be offering: "Solarpunk: A Living Reality" a talk + workshop on regenerative community building for a thriving future. 📍 Room 301 · Friday, October 16 · 6:30–7:30PM I've spent the last few years building two things that look nothing alike: a membership community, @enterpluto in Toronto, and @mancamp.ca, a men's experience and movement. The through line is my devotion to building a better future for humans to flourish in. What I keep relearning is how important it is for people to trust each other enough to show up and how this is foudnational to the regenerative future we're building. In this session, I'll share where we came from, where we're going and all that we've learned as we further embark on our terraforming journey of a Solarpunk future, here in Ontario. Then we go hands-on: You'll map your own circles of belonging, name the "missing spaces" in your life, and sketch one real first step toward building the community you want to help create. I'm Adam, co-founder of Pluto, a curated membership community and culture incubator, and co-founder of MANCAMP, held at my family farm, Merkaba Acres. My work right now is weaving culture between the city and nature: an urban hub feeding a regenerative land network, with a thriving culture of people moving freely between. Swipe to meet the Plutonians who create magic with love + their hands… —> “We both come from corporate backgrounds, where life can sometimes feel like a never-ending chain of things happening to you. Meetings, deadlines, emails, expectations, notifications... repeat. It can be surprisingly easy to outsource your joy, your clarity, and even your sense of agency without realizing it. For us, meditation and mindful practices became a way of taking some of that back. But we also get it... meditation can feel really abstract. Someone tells you to “sit quietly and observe your thoughts” and you’re like... okay, but what am I actually supposed to DO? Especially in a world that is constantly feeding us stimulation, scrolling, notifications, and instant dopamine. We wanted to create a bridge. Our malas give you something tangible to work with. They can become an anchor for your practice, a reminder to pause, and a way to create a little consistency and accountability around going inward. We want these tools to reach people who are craving a shift, looking for more connection with themselves, or simply feeling like something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to begin. If we can make the journey inward feel a little more accessible, a little less intimidating, and maybe even a little more fun... that’s a big part of our why.” “We’re excited about Sovereign Souls becoming much more than a mala brand. We’re building experiences around the things that have genuinely helped us reconnect with ourselves... mala-making workshops, breathwork, intention setting, goal setting, meditation, and creating spaces where people can slow down and actually be present with one another. We love the idea of bringing people together to make something with their hands, have a meaningful conversation, take a few deep breaths, and leave feeling a little more connected than when they arrived. And the big dream? Taking these experiences around the world. We’d love to host Sovereign Souls experiences internationally and eventually bring it back to our homeland in Asia.
