GPN Coffee & Convo
A Free Community Mindfulness Experience

Start your Saturday morning with community, movement, and meaningful conversations.

Join us for a relaxing morning featuring:

🤍 Signature Music Flow (Outdoor) — Guided by Cindy
A unique movement experience blending music, mindful flow, breath, and self-connection.

🩵 Mindfulness Meditation (Indoor)

🤎 Breathwork Healing (Indoor) — Guided by Elena
Dorogirl club

✨ Check-in: 8:45 AM
The first 16 participants will have yoga mats provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. After that, please bring your own mat.

All guided sessions are complimentary and offered as a free community wellness service.
All levels are welcome.

After class, stay for coffee, tea, and conversations with neighbors and new friends while the kids enjoy the playground.

☕ Coffee & Tea available for purchase from Blue Hummingbird Coffee (hot & cold drinks)
