This restaurant interior was designed as a natural extension of the dining experience. Warm, layered and inviting, without losing clarity or restraint.

Natural wood tones form the foundation, combined with soft textiles, subtle gloss and deep accents. The bar acts as the heart of the space. Crafted in solid wood with rounded edges and vertical detailing, it adds rhythm and tactility while remaining open and welcoming.

The layout is carefully zoned, offering intimate window seating, comfortable tables and a central flow that encourages movement and connection. Every material and piece of furniture was selected for comfort, balance and longevity.

The Tapestry Rug No. 01 by Cappelen Dimyr is handwoven and knotted from chunky, natural white wool. Its organic shape and bold felted yarns create a playful yet minimalistic look.

Wooden rings on the back allow the rug to be easily hung while maintaining its unique shape. As each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in colour and detailing make every rug one of a kind.

Discover our Art collection by Atelier Earth, founded by Maria Haye and inspired by the wabi-sabi philosophy where one finds beauty in things that are imperfect, transient and incomplete. In the present time, it stands for the beauty of decay. It encourages preserving objects with a history rather than throwing them away. It stands for asymmetry and a ruggedness inherent in natural materials.

Project - Bar Bowie, a timeless interior where function, atmosphere and craftmanship come together seamlessly.

Together with architect @hubertcrijnsarchitects our goal for Bar Bowie was to design a chic neighborhood restaurant that blends seamlessly into the vibrant streets of Paris. We wanted to create an atmosphere where guests feel as though they’ve stumbled upon a long-standing gem.

Steeped in tradition, crafted with intention.

The Heritage Lantern is brought to life by five skilled artisans over five weeks, using 190 precise steps for each piece. Made from 95% natural materials, including waxed cotton canvas and a gently curved bamboo frame, it casts a soft, warm glow.

Dyed with Shoulang yam, a plant traditionally used by Taiwanese aborigines, each lantern reveals unique, earthy shades of brown. A quiet way to bring nature into your everyday space.
