TBT When I started studying odissi, my teacher @krishnendusahaodissi taught me this solo and made me perform on stage way tooo early, one of the most scary and humbling experience. I remember the perfectionist in me fought this with everything, but I trusted my teacher. I have always hated making mistakes, but here I am doing all that and learning. I think it is time to start again my journey of odissi. by @enteyoga

Earlier this year I went travelling through North West India with my partner for a month. It was an amazing experience that assaulted our senses. So much so that at the end of our long trip, we were in vital need of relaxation, release and calm. That’s where Shivika came in!

We happened upon her teaching down at one of the Ghats (docks) on the lake in Udaipour under the shade of a mango tree. Her sessions were so grounding and energising I went back three mornings in a row, and as someone whose practice is VERY sporadic; that was a big thing for me. 💕

Now you too can experience her enchanting and transformative classes right from your own home - with yoga sessions via zoom. 🌺

Check out Yoga with Shavika here and book your spot @anand_shivika

Not an ad, just my opinion 😊

I’ll see you there 🧘
