Introducing Quail Farcie (aka stuffed quail) with a deliciously rich jus and a bright & balancing frisée salad. It’s the newest dish on our menu and one of two larger options we are excited to now offer. You can call it an entree, or you can view it as just a slightly heartier plate to anchor your wine-drinking experience. Either way, we can’t wait for you to try it. But there’s one important caveat! We have *limited* quantities every night, so come early for the best odds of stuffing some quail in your mouth. by @entrenous.bk

It’s a Clinton Hill collab!! This Tuesday, September 29th, we’re teaming up with our friends and neighbors @impastonyc for a pizza pop-up. Featuring three special pies + Impasto’s Margherita, plus some Entre Nous classics and Italian Magnums poured by the glass!

The last class was such a success, we’re bringing it back for Round 2! Join us on Wednesday, September 30th for a @childrensatlasofwine deep dive into the wines of the Roussillon and Côtes Catalanes. Tickets include 5 wines, a hand-drawn map by @jimsligh and lots of baguette with very good French butter.

Tartine aux Sardines joined the menu a few weeks ago and has quietly become a favorite! Think of it as pan con tomate meets sardine toast, made with the butteriest @labicyclettebakery_nyc Pain de Mie.

IT’S A PASTRY POP-UP! Next Sunday, 9/20, we’re teaming up with pastry chef Neelam Varia, formerly of Le Veau d’Or/Frenchette Group and Damian in Los Angeles. We’ll be featuring three of her incredible desserts - each offered with a pairing - alongside our regular savory menu. 3pm - 10pm (or sold out), with a few seats on Resy but tons of space for walk-ins!

Ticket includes 5 wines, a hand-drawn map of the Loire to color in, and an hour and fifteen minute class hosted by James Sligh of @childrensatlasofwine 🥂

We’ll be doing an intensive on The Loire Valley and answering questions like:
What makes the river Loire special?
Why is Chenin Blanc so delicious?
What is Sancerre? (spoiler alert: it’s Sauvignon Blanc😛)
