Take two! 🍨✨ If you’re looking for fresh, in-house gelato, @entropycreamery in SF is the spot! I visited earlier this year, and it was so good I had to come back for more.

Everything is made in-house with a refined yet simple approach to gelato and desserts. Plus, they’re the only spot in San Francisco serving gelato cake slices! 🍰

I ordered:

🍰 Millionaire’s Cake
• Perfect dessert size
• Crunchy crust
• Rich, creamy vanilla gelato

🍰 Tiramisu Cake
• Bold coffee flavor
• Rich and creamy

🍰 Mascarpone Balsamic Cookie Dough Cake
• Chewy cookie dough topping
• Sweet with a hint of tart balsamic

🍨 Dulce de Leche Gelato
• Rich and creamy
• Hint of nutty caramel flavor

🍦 Vanilla Gelato
• Ultra rich
• Super creamy

📍 San Francisco: Entropy Gelato

💭: New dessert spot serving up some super unique treats that you honestly don’t rlly see around the area 😮‍💨🍨 Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet late at night. One of the highlights was the gelato brioche 🍞✨ filled with dulce de leche gelato, the warm fluffy brioche paired w/ the creamy gelato was sooo good together. Their affogato ☕️🍦 served in a chocolate waffle cone was a fun touch and made the whole dessert even better.
We also tried their tiramisu ice cream cake 🎂 rich, creamy, super satisfying w/out it being too heavy. After trying it, we already know we need to come back to try more of their ice cream cakes, especially the forest cake and millionaire’s cake 👀 Overall, such a cute dessert spot when you’ve got that sweet tooth. -mk & ak

👍🏻 MUST TRY
- Gelato Brioche w/ Dulce de Leche
- Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake
- Affogato in Chocolate Waffle Cone

💰: $$

💌 Be sure to save and follow for more!

Thank you again Entropy team for these amazing desserts :)

📍entropy creamery | north beach, san francisco

located right next to washington square park sits a hidden cute ice cream shop called entropy creamery! created by the team of lush gelato @lushgelato , this ice cream shop has many unique dessert options such as affogatos, warm gelato brioches, ice cream cake slices, or just regular gelato scoops. we got a warm gelato brioche filled with dulce de leche ($10) and 2 ice cream cakes: millionaire’s cake & tiramisu ($7.50 each). all of them were great options & my favorite was the warm gelato brioche. i think the combination of the brioche and gelato was super cool and experimental 🥰✨ recommend entropy for anyone in north beach looking for unique flavors and desserts

@entropycreamery makes homemade gelato in-house and serves them in a couple different ways:

brioche sandwich, gelato cake slice, affogato

The gelato was a little on the sweeter side so pairing it with some drinks on the side while sitting at the nearby park

First time trying warm gelato brioche 🍞
____
Only open on weekends, @entropycreamery is a small dessert shop serving ice cream cakes, gelatos, and warm gelato brioches! Big fan of the millionaires cake (love a good shortbread crust) 🍰 The gelato brioche comes with 3 scoops of your choice of gelato before it’s warmed up in a waffle press. Reminds me of a donut ice cream sandwich! 🥪

Ever try gelato cake?

This was my first time and I must say I’d easily choose gelato cakes @entropycreamery over an ordinary ice cream cake any day.

They had me with their tasty flavors (especially the Black Forest cake with cherries 🍒), and the rich, smooth and creamy texture of their gelatos.

You too can enjoy this decadent treat in the heart of San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood 🇮🇹

Note: They’re currently open only on weekends

📍Entropy Creamery - San Francisco

(Invite) @entropycreamery in San Francisco’s North Beach is a new spot you can visit for gelato! They have gelato cake, gelato brioche, regular scoops of gelato in a cup/waffle cone, and affogatos available.

I tried two slices of the gelato cake and tried the warm gelato brioche. We got the Caramelized Milk + Espresso gelato cake, Millionaire’s Cake, and the Dulce de leche gelato brioche.

The gelato brioche is kinda like a donut gelato sandwich since its scoops of gelato inside the sweet, thick brioche bun. The gelato cake was also nice, it’s gelato with some brownie/other cookie on the bottom layer. We came towards the end of the day so almost everything was gone (hence how empty it looked in the display case 😅) but we loved the gelato!

It’s definitely a great spot to stop by for a sweet treat after dinner in North Beach!

Thank you to @entropycreamery for the invite! 🫶

I think @sagestudios.sf -> @entropycreamery is my new weekend pipeline

Entropy is the sister shop to @lushgelato and is serving gelato cakes and brioche sandwiches on weekends only 🍨

Gelato cake flavors are rotational but we got the Millionaire’s Shortbread which had a thick layer of caramel gelato sandwiched between a chocolate crust and shortbread cookie base 💵

There was only one gelato flavor available so we got vanilla gelato in the brioche sandwich and it surprisingly held up without melting for ~10 minutes!

[invite] If you love ice cream cake but don’t want to buy a whole cake for yourself then you need to check out Entropy Creamery in North Beach. They’re a newly opened ice cream spot where you can get ice cream cakes by the slice. While this is what I initially came for a highlight ended up being the brioche ice cream. The cold ice cream and soft brioche was such a great combination. Give them a visit! @entropycreamery 🎂🍦 by @entropycreamery
