Fitness changed my life. From a girl anxious about falling behind, to a woman who trusts her own timeline.

And if there’s one thing I know, it’s that where you water, flowers grow. I hope this inspires you to do the same.

Nice to meet you👋🏻 by @enyalifts

Ten years ago, I thought my job was to teach nutrition. Today, I realize it’s really about helping people care for themselves.

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this post, it’s this:
🥗 You deserve to be nourished.
💤 You deserve to be rested.
❤️‍🩹 You deserve to be cared for.

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped treating ourselves with the same kindness we so freely give to others.

This is your reminder to start again 💛 by @enyalifts

8 months ago, I got laid off and went all in on building my online biz.

To be honest, I came in with a lot of pride. I’ve been a dietitian for 10 years and a certified personal trainer for 5. I thought expertise would be enough. People would just trust me and want to work with me, right?

Turns out, building a biz and being good at your job are 2 very different things.

And posting itself was uncomfortable as hell. Coworkers were watching. My exes were watching. Even my mom’s friends were watching.

Maybe people thought I was cringe. Trying too hard. Oversharing. Pretending to be an influencer.

But I kept going because I genuinely love doing this. Helping people is so damn fulfilling to me. It’s what I do. It’s who I am.

And in the past 8 months, 300-ish followers turned into 3,000-ish! You guys are all part of that, and you have no idea how much these messages mean to me.

This community has honestly become such a big source of strength for me 🥹

If you’ve been here since the beginning, thank you. Really. I’m so, so grateful.

And if you’re new here, welcome to my little corner 🏡🩷 by @enyalifts

How you eat is a love letter to your body 💌

So make it a good one 👧🏻✨ by @enyalifts

Should you cycle sync your workouts? 🤔 by @enyalifts

Here’s why I take them & what you should know👇

☀️ Vitamin D
My vitamin D was a little low at my last blood test! If you spend most of your time indoors or get little sunlight, you may be at higher risk of deficiency. Check with your doctor to see if you need it.

🐟 Fish Oil (Omega-3)
I take it to fill the gap when I’m not eating enough fatty fish, like salmon or sardines!

✨ Collagen
The research is still mixed, especially for skin benefits. I’m not 100% sure how much it helps, but I feel like I’ve noticed some benefits!

🌙 Magnesium Glycinate
This one’s my favorite, and I’ve personally noticed better sleep since taking it.

💪 Creatine
One of the most well-researched supplements! It’s helped me a lot with my strength and muscle growth. Plus, emerging research suggests potential brain benefits too!

💊 Multivitamin
My nutritional safety net! I use it to help fill any nutrient gaps in my diet.

📢 A little disclaimer: Supplements don’t replace good nutrition, and just because I take these doesn’t mean you need all 6! Your diet, individual needs, and relevant blood work should guide your choices.

You want tea? I have tea 🍵

But yeah, more than that, I think crushes are just the universe’s way of showing us the qualities we admire, and reminding us that we can become those things ourselves💫 by @enyalifts

I’m a registered dietitian, fitness coach, and a woman in her 30s who’s still figuring things out.

I believe in building a stronger body without giving up the lifestyle & foods you love.

This page is for women who want to get stronger, feel confident, and become someone their younger selves would be sooo proud of 🎀✨
