It’s #PDLWednesday with Evie Oglesby (she/her), a prop with the @cograywolves of the WPL.

Here in the #ProudlyDifferentLeague, we recognize that our impact extends far beyond the pitch. Evie may be one of the first to play professional women’s+ rugby in the US, and she certainly won’t be the last. “Supporting women’s sports now is essential for the next generation of athletes. Growing up, I always looked up to female athletes and it is incredible how much the stage has grown across so many different women’s sports. I don’t think I would have as much of a passion for playing sports without having role models to look up to, so it is amazing that the exposure has expanded so much in the past few years and I can’t wait to watch as it continues to grow.”

Now it’s time to have some fun! Evie wants to know what you’re choosing on a Friday night: movie night 🎥 or game night 🎯? by @eoglesbeast
