What a joy to meet and photograph this trio. There was absolute craic in TWO sold out screenings. Huge love from Glasgow for the new film and the Irish Language 💚

Fathers Day is around the corner! There is still time to get your hands on a limited edition copy of Father to celebrate a tender, tired and caring dad this year 💗
A unique photo book featuring photography from the same series it celebrates fathers with excerpts from the participants as well as custom “portraits” by their children. Designed with a stitched spine and printed on bold Riso, it makes the perfect gift.

The Listening House, an amazing takeover of Pollock House by @sonicaglasgow with installations by 12 artists with very varying visual and audio practices. It was a joy to document this show and see inside the house again and explore reimagined corners not normally open to the public

Huge congrats to my good pal and genius writer @martinusbenedictus for his @scottishtheatreawards nomination. I (finally!) go to see and photograph his show Through The Shortbread Tin ahead of its Fringe run this year and it was such a moving, hilarious, sobering look at Scotland and Scottishness by @eoin_carey

It was really nice to work with @ntsonline and @bbcscotland to create the hero images for Optimum, a new short made as part of Future Acts.

Directed by @stewartuntitled and written by @unadarajah it had an amazing team using some very experimental approaches to shooting. @annarussellmartin and @rassmonn are absolutely brilliant to watch not to mention the supporting star backdrop of @west.beer brewery

I'm really looking forward to getting a first glimpse of the finished film tonight at @glasgowfilmtheatre 🍿 by @eoin_carey

Ah Film. Even through the plastic lens of a disposable camera you are still the best.

Installation photography of @rudykanhye for their new work Black Coral at @summerhallarts by @eoin_carey

I had the time of my life being the official photographer to the inimitable @govanhillfestival for the parade and carnival last week. I have so so many amazing pictures of colour, creativity, cuteness and the efforts of all the incredible community groups that operate in Glasgow's southside. I will post a few more over the coming days. Tag your pals! by @eoin_carey

I love working with the public, and I love watching them collapse in laughter. Igot to photograph these two absolute Clown Heros performing their new work A Rhyme For Orange at @merchantcityfestival and @surgescotland

A michsevious, absurd, beautiful little show that stopped the street in its tracks🍊 by @eoin_carey

Its summer 🌞 and I have been on a lovely go-slow after a very busy year. I have worked on so many amazing projects and have so much work to post but instead I have the rarest of things - a picture of me. Taken by the keen eye of @anna.asrj during a shoot together, it is fun to hand the camera over!

I get to have a lot of fun in my work, and this is something I am focussed on trying to not forget. The last few hours of my 30's are ticking down and a new decade and new chapter beckons. I hope fun can remain as big a part of my life, work and photography ❤️ by @eoin_carey
