If you used to compete in sport, you understand the feeling.

Discipline. Structure. Standards.

Training sessions with your mates. Meetings with the coaches. The commitment to your team and goals.

When that disappears, something feels missing.

I totally get it too after almost 10 years retired from playing rugby. I didn’t know who the f**k I was for years afterwards 😅

I’ve seen people self sabotage and completely neglect their mind and bodies after retiring from competing.

This is why I am building Edge Performance Society.

To help high performers reclaim their edge again.

No one gets left behind once that time comes to hang up the boots or gloves.

DM EDGE if you want to know more. by @eoinscullion_com

Most people aren’t failing because they lack motivation.

They’re failing because they lack a system.

I see it constantly; driven people putting in real effort, but training without structure, recovering without intention, and never actually measuring progress.

Inconsistency, unrealistic goals, zero structure, niggles and pains 24/7 and sleep is a bonus...

That’s exactly why I built the EDGE Framework.

E – Evaluate → Know exactly where you’re starting from
D – Develop → Build a plan that’s actually built for you
G – Govern → Stay accountable and on track every week
E – Elevate → Hit targets. See results. Keep going.

For some people they might look at this framework and think “oof that’s a bit much”, but not everything is applicable to everyone.

In the initial assessment, we identify what applies to you and what you actually need right here, right now, to move you forward towards having a strong structure and start with ease.

This is what 1–1 coaching with me looks like.

If you’re done spinning your wheels, my DM’s are open if you would like more information... let’s talk.

There was a time when training was all about how you looked. How big your chest was, how much weight you could shift, how good you looked in the mirror.

But life has a way of changing your priorities.

I've had a few health issues recently that have forced me to look a lot deeper than what's staring back at me in the mirror. It's no longer just about building muscle or looking good. It's about getting genuinely healthy, sorting my blood pressure out, looking after my heart and making sure I'm still around and functioning properly for years to come.

And sometimes that means putting your ego aside and changing the way you approach things.

I've recently started working with eoin, and the bloke has been fucking amazing. It's still early days, but the support, advice and genuine interest he's shown in my health, not just my physique, have been second to none.

139/79 down to 118/72.

That speaks volumes. There's still work to do, and I'm under no illusion that this is a quick fix. But we're moving in the right direction.

For me, this is about discipline, consistency and taking responsibility for my own health. Not just talking about making changes, but actually making them.

Because at the end of the day, there's talking the talk, and then there's actually walking the walk. 💪 by @eoinscullion_com

Off to a great start in Abu Dhabi, it was easy to settle in quickly and find my feet here, the people I’ve met have treated me very kindly Alhamdulilah 🙏

From now on there is only 2 spots for online 1-1 coaching per month - the best way to get guaranteed results working with me (as usual, or your money back!)

But fear not, I will be releasing some new training programs on my site soon for you to purchase at an affordable price and get you started following some structure

Big thanks for all the well wishes these last few weeks too 🙏

Summer 2026, one I will never ever forget

Big thanks to all you guys for making it extra special, especially Reda - my brother, you’re the man! ❤️🙏

I got a lot done these last few months, but it is time to head back to the Middle East and start the next chapter. More on that another time 😉

Thailand and Indonesia - highly recommend you spend some time there, you might find yourself 👀 🙏

Longevity is a scam

Start thinking “adding life to my years” than years to my life

#longevity #vitality #wellness by @eoinscullion_com

Consistency beats intensity.

Every.
Single.
Time.

Intensity spikes and crashes. Consistency compounds.

Consistency in every area pays dividends.

Your health.
Your strength.
Your career.
The people you love.
All of it built the same way.
Small, repeatable, relentless.

You do not need a perfect week, you just need a repeatable one.

So stop chasing the version of you that shows up hard for two weeks then disappears. Build the one that shows up on the boring Tuesday. That is the bloke that wins, trust me.

I’ve been there and I know that when it gets tough, boring or just feel unmotivated, you will still never regret showing up and make some effort.

Honestly that’s been the last 9 months for me, but I showed up.

Comment CONSISTENCY and I will send you the one thing that made showing up easier for me. by @eoinscullion_com

5 non-negotiables before getting your blood work done

1. Fast 10-12 hours, water only
2. Time your draw - before 9am is ideal
3. Back off your hard training 24-48 hours before
4. Stay hydrated before and morning of the draw
5. Remove supplements like biotic 48 hours before
Bonus - get a good nights sleep before

Then book a call through the link in my bio and @marekhealth and I will take care of the rest 💪🏼 by @eoinscullion_com

Met @eoinscullion_com in Bali for a coffee and honestly, we could have spoken for the whole day.

Eoin works internationally with the biggest brands in elite sport and as one of the best performance coaches, yet is one of the most humble, grounded and genuine people I have met, especially after I sent him to the wrong café and had him jump back on his scooter to find the right one lol.

We spoke about the next edge in mental performance. At the highest level, there is a real hunger to turn potential into results faster, not through another motivational talk, but by understanding the automatic patterns we often do not see that shape our decisions, leadership and how we perform under pressure.

I really appreciated Eoin’s curiosity around my work, and his generosity in suggesting I reach out to the Head of Performance at Red Bull. Wish me luck.

left the conversation with even more clarity about where this work is heading. Can’t wait for round two, brother. by @eoinscullion_com

I’m not the kind of guy to gatekeep something as powerful as this… journaling has been a game changer

Do you have a specific way or format you like to write in your journal? by @eoinscullion_com

Chatting to Niki at @amatra.athlete about how to get a particular athlete bought in on getting blood work carried out

It’s something I want to help change is how people, all walks of life, look at why and how to get regular blood work done. It can help identify so many things to improve performance across the board. It can also reassure you on what’s working too!

Like with anything though, how you communicate requests for information from athletes is key, more so than what you’re requesting

Humans just need to understand the why and how in the simplest terms, in a language that they understand… not with the intent to impress, but only inform

Check out @amatra.athlete - this is going to help a lot of people recover properly without the BS, I’m incredibly proud of what Niki and Kev are building 🙏🙌🏻
