Today I chose pleasure. Fresh tea blended by Eden on Earth Apothecary, warm sunshine on my skin, flowers in bloom, happy cats at my feet. These little moments are abundance disguised in the odinar…#herbalife #sunshine #flowers #livingmybestlife #teatime by @eost.re

The first film photography workshop at Theory Mount Shasta was small and intimate, but mighty. What a privilege to share space with such a loving and talented community! @joshnile led us with his expertise, creative eye, and gentle direction, Dana Abbe @eost.re stunned as our model-provocateur for the night, while @heycallmeviolet and @sainttwar provided delicious homemade pastries and hand designed mocktails, all culminating in an unforgettable evening. One we hope to reproduce in the future so keep a lookout!
.
As baristas, as entrepreneurs, as artists, collaboration in community is our bread and butter. We want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for this and to everyone that helped us set up and tear down. 🙂‍↕️🙏🏽

Dinner tonight honestly made me feel grounded and incredibly grateful I get to eat this way! Cooking over a fire with a beautiful view in a well seasoned cast iron my grandma left me… Luteal phase nourishment and sharing it with loved ones on the front porch after a busy week! ⭐️🩵💫 Love to you and yours! May we all receive nourishment freely in all forms✨ by @eost.re
