At the @entrepreneursorg leadership is voluntary and service is a choice. Yet the more I give, the more I discover how much I receive in return.

Facilitating the @eo_mepa Leadership Summit (MLS) reminded me that before we can lead others towards a shared future, we must first understand what drives us to serve. Through introspection, we explored our leadership identities, the values that shape us and how we can better serve our chapters, elevate the member experience and shape MEPA’s future.

The spirit of 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐-𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 was evident in the partnership between fellow member-leaders Kim & Shafique and our exceptional EO staff team Ang, Hamid, Jean-Pierre and Latanya, who worked together to create a meaningful experience for our leaders.

Special thanks to Abdullah and Roselyn for strengthening our diverse EO community across the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa. Honouring our Platinum members (proud to be one) as MEPA’s elders with Maasai blankets was a beautiful celebration of wisdom, belonging and service.

I came to facilitate. I leave with an even deeper sense of belonging, purpose and commitment to MEPA’s future 🌍

Strategy becomes more powerful when we know how to measure it. 📊

The EO Tanzania Chapter came together for a hands-on Balanced Scorecard Masterclass, exploring how clear KPIs can help businesses strengthen performance across financial results, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth.

A special shout-out to Mr. Paresh Thakrar for sharing his expertise, practical insights, and experience with our community. Thank you for creating an engaging learning experience and challenging us to think differently about measuring what matters.

More than frameworks and metrics, it was an opportunity to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and turn meaningful conversations into practical action.

Because when entrepreneurs learn together, we grow together. 💙 by @eotanzania

Beyond Insurance | Protect What Matters Most

An afternoon of practical insights, meaningful conversations, and connection. 💙

EO Tanzania’s Spouse and Life Partner (SLP) community came together for an engaging session with TransAfrica Insurance, exploring health and life insurance and the strategies that can help protect ourselves, our families, and what matters most.

From asking questions to sharing perspectives, the afternoon reflected what makes the EO community special: learning from each other, building trusted connections, and growing together.

Thank you to @trans_africa_insurance for helping us create space for informed conversations and greater clarity around protection and planning. by @eotanzania

Small improvements. Big impact.

We kicked off our year’s first learning event with a deep dive into Operational Excellence in organizations.

Together with Mr. Jayanth Murthy, we explored the philosophy of Kaizen and how a mindset of continuous improvement can be applied not only within our organizations, but also in our everyday lives.

From understanding what operational excellence means to exploring how it can be achieved, the session gave us practical perspectives on improving processes, creating better ways of working, and building a culture of continuous growth.

A great start to our learning journey for the year, with fresh perspectives, meaningful conversations, and plenty to take back and put into practice.

Thank you, Jayanth, for an insightful session, and to our EO Tanzania community for showing up with curiosity and a thirst for learning.

Here is to a year of learning, growing, and getting better.. together.
