🕵️‍♂️SPOTLIGHT ON WAYNE CAMPBELL OF EXTENDED PLAY RECORDS

This week in STUDIO FILES, we shine the spotlight on Wayne Campbell, the talented producer behind Extended Play Records from Waterford, Portmore. Known for standout riddims like the Rising Point Riddim and Blup Blap Riddim, Wayne has collaborated with major artists such as Busy Signal, Teejay, Gyptian, Jah Cure, and Sizzla. One of his more recent projects, the Tax Return Riddim, features Roze Don, Kyodi, Armanii, and Artikal, marking his versatility and rising influence in the dancehall scene. Wayne’s influences include Don Corleon, Stephen McGregor, Dave Kelly, and Steely & Clevie, and he strives to deliver “quality music beyond your expectations.”

With dreams of earning plaques and being part of a Grammy-winning project, Wayne’s dedication to quality and passion for music have positioned Extended Play Records as a label to watch. As he gears up to release more singles from the Wiggy Wiggy Riddim, EP promises a prolific musical journey for the rest of 2024.
