Let’s talk about Hip Hop Flyers for a moment and what we’ve been seeing recently.

As a culture, we connect with each element and the flyers have always been an important part of that. It’s the first thing people see! It should represent your jam or event. Recently, many organisers have been simply creating one with AI.

We’ve got so many great writers and designers with mad skills who should get supported.

We want to give a big shout out to @jp.loca.art @staylocastayfresh @japonespreto_ who’ve done every flyer by hand. It would take them hours and to capture all the details, it’s a real skill.

This clip was from our last jam where we had an exhibition of all their hand made flyers.

We had been exploring the heritage of Hip Hop Culture in Harrow and the stories behind it across different generations. Thank you to @harrowgiving for giving us the opportunity to highlight the importance of preserving this culture in Harrow for future generations as a form of self expression, identity and community.

Special shout out to the EPIC Family ❤️
