Try this: Stand on one leg. Put on your sock. Put on your shoe and tie it before putting foot down. Switch legs. (Bonus points if your setting is breathtaking.) Apparently this is a good “test” to practice to help with balance as we age. I did it, but my technique needs work. I was a little wobbly. 🤪

Here are some captures from our recent Yellowstone-Glacier adventure. We have a lifetime of memories from Yellowstone, and our time there Friday and Saturday marked 18 years since selling our Yellowstone business.
We hadn’t been to Glacier since we were dating 36 years ago, so our time there was particularly special. Both natural wonders are breathtaking so our cups and hearts are overflowing right now. It was a “foxy” morning. Wait for it. A red fox, on the a Middle Fork trail this morning. (I didn’t see it until the video edit!) Incredibly, this was the second red fox sighting of the morning. Another crossed the road in front of me when I entered Sinks Canyon on the drive to the trailhead. (Make that 2 red fox encounters in a half hour.) Feeling blessed and not not noticing. by @epiclifeshelli

Greetings from one of our favorite breathtaking spots along the Yellowstone River. We pulled over here yesterday and spent a couple of hours in lawn chairs while I caught up on a little work before we enjoyed a long soak and delicious dinner at Chico Hot Springs.
