YouTube views are on 🔥 — and the momentum keeps building.

This weekend, Billy Lane took the Built to Beat Cancer bike out for a ride and shared the story behind this one-of-a-kind machine.

But this motorcycle was built for something bigger: raising awareness, starting conversations and reminding men during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month to know their number and get tested.

Five hours left on the long ride from Sturgis, and this one made my night.

When we’re pulling the Custom Kicking Cancer trailer down the highway, you never know who’s going to notice “Helping Men Ride Longer” on the back.

Sometimes it’s a thumbs-up through the window.
Sometimes it’s a wave from another rider.
Sometimes people pull alongside and ride with us for a few miles.

And sometimes… a guy on a sport bike sees it, gives us a thumbs-up, pulls alongside, and says hello the only way he knows how — with a wheelie.

It’s pretty damn cool seeing all the different ways people acknowledge the mission out here on the road.

Most cars pass without noticing.

But the ones who do?

They remind us just how far this mission travels.

Billy Lane isn’t just building another custom motorcycle. He’s building a bike with a purpose.

Come see the all-new 2026 Built to Beat Cancer motorcycle on display at the Customs Kicking Cancer Chill Pad at the Iron Horse Saloon during Sturgis, or experience it leading the S&S Cycle Performance for a Purpose Ride with Billy himself.

While you’re there, take a break, hang out with the crew, share your story if you want to—and most importantly, pick up your FREE at-home prostate cancer screening kit.

A few minutes could change a life. We’ll save you a seat.
