“Do I have to buy all the products you recommend?”

No. And I never want you to feel like you have to. 🤍

Your budget is part of the conversation. It’s never something you need to be embarrassed about.

I’d much rather look at what you’re already using, keep what’s working, and figure out where your routine actually has a gap.

If I recommend something, there’s a reason for it. It may support your barrier, address a specific concern, or help us get more from the treatments we’re doing together.

Sometimes that means changing one product. Sometimes we build slowly. Sometimes I tell you to keep using exactly what you already have.

My job is to tell you what I think your skin needs. Not to decide what you should spend. 🤍
