Happy Gurupurnima 🌕 Let’s thank and remember our teachers, from the ones who got us scribbling with crayons to the ones who made us doctors and adults.

If it feels difficult alone, do it together.

Over the last year, I experienced the power of partnerships and company. Somehow, they help you bypass your own flaws.
I wish I had advice on finding a partner for your goals because I wish someone had given that advice to me in my earlier years but I really don’t. All I know from experience is that- when you truly want it, the universe will bring it to you. A partner, a space, an abundance, a goal.
While you wait for your wishes to be answered, increase your exposure range. Create room for universe to meet you with a Tathastu. Go sit in a cafe, sign up for a dinner with strangers, take a walk in the park, talk to someone new. By putting yourself out there, you’re making it easier for blessings to find you.

That’s how I found my study partner @shreyajain0910 and our fav coffee house @thesilentburr :)

It’s so simple yet most of us don’t this.

Delete the word procrastination from your life. Because 1- that’s the cause of most stress
2- that’s really just a surface presentation of deeper issues; it isn’t the whole problem.
More on that later ;)

Finding a fire lost to mundanity

We don’t consciously choose the comfort zone. We reflexedly choose it.
We don’t choose the comfort zone because we want to. We choose it because our subconscious knows it’s easier.
And we humans? We love easy.

Your dream life is gonna need active decisions from you. Active decisions where you choose growth, you choose what’s right for your dreams, over what your brain is trained to choose in any given situation.

Or, you could make it easy. By making it fun. Let your active choices be more inviting than your comfort zone’s struggle.
Eg. Study for curiosity; because not studying is self inflicted mental torture.
Study on a table; because hours invested on the bed give unsatisfying returns.
Get out of your house; wear the outfit, book the cab, find a spot. Because when days turn to weeks turn to months, you’ll regret why you didn’t make one active choice today.
Find the right move and find what’s fun about it. You’ll thank yourself later.

I felt like Po (Kung fu panda)- I got the final dumpling, but I didn’t need it 🥟✨

The silent gift of persistence- You stop needing motivation. You could be exhausted but not drained, tired but still willing to continue.

I’ve haven’t been posting in a while wondering about my own purpose and dream, wondering what my message to the world is. Over the last few months of exploration, action, changes and exposure, I have discovered a lot about my career and unveiled new sides of myself.
I believe I’m closer to find my purpose now.
Additionally I’m reminded of my mentor @blair.singer’s words-
The bumblebee doesn’t know its purpose in life. As long as it wakes up everyday to make honey, it is facilitating a chain reaction that is automatically fulfilling its purpose.

In my own interpretation and experience over the past few months-
Your purpose will find you. Just keep showing up.
Take action. Go out of your comfort zone to do the thing you know you should be doing. Show up in the world, and the world will show up for you. Maybe not in way you want, but it ways you need.

All the best!
