Almond Pop starts with a viscous base before we add toasted almonds, marshmallows, Madagascar vanilla, cake mix, and lactose. Almond Pop has notes of a wonderful childhood memory starting with toasted almond ice-cream pop and candy birthday cake flavor with the perfect balance of nutty, meets sweet, meets creamy, meets decadent. Like drinking a liquid almond ice cream bar, the finish is velvety and luxurious and will have you going in for your next bite…. we mean sip in no time!

Cipher is named after an algorithm for encrypting and decrypting data by using a method in which each letter in the plain text is replaced by a letter with a fixed number of positions down the alphabet.
Loaded with Enigma, Cipher (IPA) unlocks the code with a 100% Enigma dry hop following its 2-row and wheat base and Strata whirlpool. Bold flavors of citrus, passionfruit, dank grassy melon, green grapes, and stone fruit wrap up with our rainbow melon #EQjuice finish that will help decode this IPA after a few sips.
Cipher will be available today at the brewery and for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio. by @eqbrewery

dHop5 is part of our experimental DIPA series and may be the most popular (the toss up is between 2 and 5). dHop5 supersizes Fractal Citra/Galaxy by scaling the grain bill, water treatment, fermentation, and super sizes the hop bill of our hand selected Citra and Galaxy. Flavors of bright passion fruit, peach rings, lime, and pineapple juice all mingle together with a creamy sorbet melon twist.

Waffle Honeycomb Conjecture returns! Hexagons enable bees to make very efficient use of space while using as little wax as possible for their honeycombs. The more compact the structure, the less wax a honeybee needs to construct it. Known as the honeycomb conjecture, the pattern holds the maximum amount of honey while ensuring no space is wasted.
Waffle Honeycomb Conjecture starts with our viscous stout and adds Waffle Cones, Honey, Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey Roasted Peanuts. Aromas of chunky peanut butter and Cadbury Creme Eggs waft up before flavors of nutty fudge, chocolate-covered honey roasted peanuts, and peanut butter cookie dough from the waffles. Caramel and honey offer a touch of sweetness to balance the peanuts and deep chocolate notes while creating a velvety-smooth finish throughout, making this liquid Snickers in a bottle.
Bottles are avaialble today for pickup and shipping and it will also be on draft in the taproom! by @eqbrewery

We are excited to bring back our collaboration with, @omnipollo, All Wise. This banana peanut mud pie liquid creation was named after Elvis, whose name is said to translate to All Wise. All Wise tweaks our Elemental base and conditions it on banana, peanuts, chocolate sandwich cookies, Madagascar vanilla, and lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black motor oil with aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts.

Luscious flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thick mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

All Wise is available on our website for shipping and at the brewery. by @eqbrewery

What a day in Downtown Middletown 🏃‍♂️💨

Equilibrium Bonfire was proud to host the after party for Run 4 Downtown, an event that has been bringing the community together since 2006. The annual 4-mile run and walk has also helped raise more than $200,000 toward the continued restoration of Historic Downtown Middletown. ❤️

Being part of a day filled with runners, local businesses, friends, and neighbors was amazing, and we loved getting to help keep the celebration going after the finish line.

Swipe through for a look at the day.
