Pics are out.. picked a few I liked that really captures me in my element, doing what I LOVE.

First and foremost I’d like to thank @iron_sharpens_iron_productions for putting on an amazing showing at the 2024 Big Cat Classic.

This year was my year. I stayed unbelievable disciplined through all of the ups and downs, showed up and showed out.

What an emotional roller coaster this journey has been. That feeling when they call your name and you’re the last man standing is all I hoped and dreamed it would be. 3 hard years of digging, carving & executing finally paid off..

“Your 2024 Big Cat Classic Overall Classic Physique champion … Evan Quinn” 🏆

We’re right back to work, nationals in 2025 as I shoot for my pro card.

Huge thanks to my fam @transformpt for having my back through it all… there wasn’t one guy on stage who had an entire section screaming for them like I had! You all rock and I love you guys!

Shout out to my coach @joerandazzofitness we kept getting closer and closer until we finally nailed my look. Peaked perfectly & absolutely smoked it this time around. We keep learning, applying, growing & executing.

And to the one who stuck by my side through it all from the very beginning. @rlewis2257 was with me just about daily during my prep, making sure I was okay 24/7. Her selflessness is a reflection of the pure heart/ soul she has. Our unconditional love for one another is something so special. From driving me to and from the show, all the gym sessions, the pep talks (when I felt I wasn’t good enough) & knowing how to navigate this crazy mind of mine… you do so much for me & I am forever grateful to have you alongside me during this wild ride of life ♥️♾️ Thank you!

7 years ago today, in 2018, I was lying on an operating table getting surgery on my ACL.
A year later same leg, another tear. Just like that, football scholarships were gone, dreams shattered, and life felt like it hit pause.

But there was one place that never let me down… the gym.
When everything else felt out of control, training was where I found purpose again.

Fast forward to 2021 after years of rebuilding I stepped on stage for my very first bodybuilding show. My leg was still lagging behind… but I refused to let it define me.

Now, 4 shows later, I’ve claimed my first 1st place and overall win at the Big Cat Classic.
And the mission isn’t over we’re coming for that pro card now.

This offseason means everything to me.
To the underdogs. To the ones who’ve been broken, doubted, or counted out…
Never stop showing up. Never give up. Even when life feels impossible you can rebuild it all.

- What a ride this year has been. It only fuels my fire to get better, this is looking like the year of the posterior chain, legs & overall growth. Let’s Grow 🌱

10/9/26 - REBOUND 💪🏽

💥 after a crazy weekend and some time to relax, we’re back at it, flushing blood & nutrients to the muscles 💪🏽

- “off season” should be seen as the most imperative part of the journey. It’s where you make the MOST progress. Too many times (including me) do I see guys seeing it as “freedom” to eat whatever, whenever. Not the case. I’m going to be as PERFECT as I can be this offseason and come back a whole new being 💯🤘🏼

LETS ROCK 🪨

BEHIND THE WHEEL DAY 5 - PERSEVERANCE

💥 Perseverance is keeping the promise you made to yourself long after the excitement has faded.

💥 You don’t have to feel unstoppable to keep taking the next step.
