12 months of structure, accountability, and consistency.

When Eran started coaching, he weighed 67 kg. In these photos, he’s sitting around 72 kg — a solid 5kg of lean muscle gained in 12 months, with far better body composition.

We took the smart approach: an 8-month build phase to add quality muscle, followed by a strategic cut to reveal the work we’d put in.

Your first year of training is absolutely crucial. It’s where your body hyper-responds and the habits, structure, and consistency you build in that phase lay the foundation for everything that comes after.

He went all in on the VeggieBoyy way, as 99% of his nutrition came from a plant-based diet 🌱

Now he’s the leanest, strongest, and most confident he’s ever been.

He’s also corrected the things you don’t notice at first glance — fixing lower-back issues, shoulder pain, and dramatically improving posture and movement quality (check photo 2 👀).

Since these photos were taken, we’ve pushed through a final cut (now in the last 2 weeks) and we’re gearing up for the next phase.

Been doing a ton of video content in this studio in Dubai

YouTube channel is over 8,000 subscribers with mostly video tutorials which are screen recordings of software tutorials and Canva slides.

This year the goal is to produce a lot of high-quality face-to-camera content

Here are some things you can expect:

6-part video series on every single software tool I use to automote and systemize my online business

Everything you need to know about making money with affiliate marketing

Marketing terms explained in simple terms (lead magnet, funnel, order bump, OTOs, and so much more…)

Traffic strategies: everything I know and tried

And more…

So far I’ve recorded 11 hours worth of content

About 1/3 of that was sales videos, upsell videos, and other marketing related videos

The rest is pure educational content

I have another 21 hours paid in the studio and I do about 4 hours per week

My time in Dubai is limited until my next trip to a new country so focusing on making use of the entire 21 hours package left

Here is my honest take on the one person plus 50 AI agents posts filling your feed.

I use AI every day.
I have real automations in my business.
It is genuinely changing how I work.

But there is a difference between using AI for specific, well defined jobs and claiming an autonomous swarm runs your entire company.

What AI replaces is tasks.
What it does not replace is judgment, taste, relationships, and accountability.

That is why the beach story feels off. It promises the outcome without the part that actually creates it.

If a system like that worked, the people selling it would sell the results, not the dream.

When I started as a digital nomad, I had zero audience, no email list, and zero viral posts. Yet I still built a full-time online income.

You do not need to wait for a following to start building your business.

Live webinars in Systeme.io? The only piece missing is the live stream itself. Everything
else already exists.

Opt-in page -> thank you page -> order form -> order confirmation -> replay page.
That's the whole funnel, plus the emails that hold it together.

Where people slip up:
- Asking for a phone number on the opt-in page kills conversions. Email only.
- The automatic join-link email goes through AUTOMATION RULES, not newsletters.
- Reminders go through NEWSLETTERS, tagged to webinar registrants only.
- The thank you video must be generic — people register anywhere from 10 minutes to a
week before.
- Always exclude buyers from your reminders and follow-ups.
- Close the cart with a countdown timer + waitlist redirect, or it never really closes.

Most websites I review are missing the same three pages. Nobody notices until it's a problem.

1. Privacy policy
2. Terms and conditions
3. Affiliate disclosure (only if you earn affiliate commissions)

The first one starts applying the moment a site collects an email, takes a payment, or runs any tracking. That's nearly every website.

I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. But it's also not a $1,000 legal project. It took me a few minutes with the right tool, and I've used the same one ever since.

💰 Affiliate Marketing income stream 💰

Affiliate Dashboards of various affiliate programs is where you see your Affiliate sales.

I’ve never shared screenshots of these dashboards before showing my actual numbers.

Not because I’m hiding anything.

Not because I don’t think they matter.

But honestly?

I’ve always found the whole “look how much I made!” thing so cringe and incredibly misleading.

Especially when it’s just used for shock value or a hook.

It’s HARD WORK!

(although passive later down the line, if done right)

Every week someone posts the same claim. "I run my whole business with 50 AI agents and sit at the beach."

I call it out.

I use AI every day. I have real automations in my business. There is no denying AI is changing how we work.

But a fully autonomous company run by 50 agents?

Not buying it.

Here is the distinction that matters.

AI replaces tasks.
It does not replace judgment, taste, relationships, or accountability.

The founders winning with AI are not running a robot swarm. They use it for a handful of well defined jobs and stay in charge of the decisions.

So is the one person plus 50 AI employees story the new shiny object?
