Quick distinction patients ask about a lot:

Therapy (with a therapist/counselor) → skills, processing, relationships
Psychiatric medication management (what I do) → evaluation + meds when symptoms need that layer

Many people benefit from both. You’re not choosing “wrong” by starting with one.

• Supportive counseling is woven in; this isn’t standalone therapy
• Follow-ups are shorter and focused on how you’re actually doing

Happy 2 year anniversary to my sweetheart who I love very much and who makes me so happy 🥰 Year 2 nearly kicked our butts, but we stuck to our guns and came out swingin’. This past year I saw us both grow in so many ways from where we started, we are now one more than we started with! Seeing you step into and rock the mom role has made me so happy and proud to be a dad, I never knew how much this little girl you’ve given me could change a man’s life! But there isn’t a single thing I would change about any of it, I truly believe that God has allowed us to come together and all these things to happen so that we can do great things and bring glory to his name.
