I started my supplement brand after feeling exhausted at uni, juggling exams and trying to find a job in finance. I wanted to find a supplement, but the more I looked into the wellness industry, the more confused I felt. There were ingredients I didn’t recognise and trade-offs I didn’t want to make. I’d find something sugar-free, but it had sweeteners. I’d find a capsule, but it came with additives. I just wanted something simple that made sense to me. So I thought about ginger shots. Everyone knows them, and they feel like an easy routine to understand. But the more I looked into them, the more I thought… the ginger shot needs a rebrand. Especially for those of us who don’t like the taste. 😅 So I made my own version: taste-free, with organic ginger extract, no sugar and no calories. Something I wanted for myself, and thought you might want too. 💛 #fyp by @erha.uk
