First Meet Recap 😤

Hands down the biggest adrenaline rush I've had in a while. I had an amazing time competing and got to meet some very talented other lifters.

The main goal was to not miss any commands and focus on executing.
Final Total : 590 kg / 1298 lb
Squat: 227.5 kg / 500.5 lb
Bench: 120 kg / 264 lb
Deadlift: 242.5 kg / 533.5

I can't wait to take the training wheels off and go 100% this December at the Alpha Omega Christmas Classic with the @ut_powerlifting crew 🤝🏻 taken in Old School Iron Gym by @eric.chandler.ec

Dream big, work hard, stay focused, and surround yourself with good people.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude to everyone that helped me achieve this goal. My amazing family, the friends I met when I first moved to Ohio, and the relationships made while at the University of Toledo - I owe it all to every last one of you. taken in Savage Arena by @eric.chandler.ec
