Wrapping up this painting, as promised. So if you are ever in this peaceful sunken garden at Prescott Park, enjoy the beautiful flowers and perhaps the screams of a young hellion hurtling past...

No, it's a flower garden, not a snowbank. The question is: how fast can you run after this kid? We don't stop to smell any roses. This will be the last update before wrap-up. Don't want to wear out my welcome. #flowergarden #oilpainting #toddler @nhartassociation by @eric.palson

Progressing with this painting. Now that a toddler has shown up (figuratively and literally) I am taking a little break while paint dries. #sunlight #child #garden @nhartassociation by @eric.palson

I am guilty of the same thing I used to warn my students about: knitting. I like to work the whole canvas, but in this case a. kinda too big and b. the scene over the fence was like its own little painting. So, it's do as I say, not as I do... More to come.

New painting. This will take a while for me; this bit is just the upper left corner, about 1/6 of the whole. Just a tease. #oilpainting #prescottpark @nhartassociation by @eric.palson

OK, that's a wrap. The next tweak would probably cause more problems than I solved. Max can now move on to lunch...

Progress report in this painting. In my defense, those are not Fruit Loops, but an overpriced sugar-free substitute. #oilpainting #breakfast @nhartassociation by @eric.palson
