There’s nothing quite like it. Jameson is officially graduated from Trinity Pawling School and off to new adventures in college! While it was cold and wet here the setting was still beautiful and w his family, blood and otherwise, around him my heart was warm. I know the day had special meaning to him and his fellow brothers and I can’t wait for his next chapter. He was recognized for the Excellence in English Award during the ceremony and as we head back home today I’ll be thinking about how fast time has passed and thanking each and everyone of you for your help along the way. taken in Trinity-Pawling School by @eric_big_red

Our first days have changed a little but we no longer have Elementary School kids and now 3 in high school! @lfoggle and @collinsfoglesongggg I can’t believe summer is over already and another school year has started but so excited for you both and what this year will bring to you. Our family couldn’t be prouder or more excited for Jameson’s future at Quinnipiac. Jameson picked up a stick for the first time bc a team needed him and a dad believed in him. From that first tourney we were hooked and lax became life. The lessons this sport have taught Jameson - among them humility, pride, leadership, perseverance, finding joy and sportsmanship - were forged in his most instinctual value which is loyalty. He has never ever failed to put his team first. I remember our first minicamp w SL where a fellow parent explained the reason we were theoretically doing this was for our kids to play lax in college. Until then, that thought hadn’t entered my head. Alongside the cherished windshield and crappy hotel time I have shared w Jameson and the rest of our family on this journey, we would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge all the awesome friendships we have forged on both freezing and horrifically hot sidelines. Through rain and heat, lacrosse has delivered families and coaches who have joined, followed, cheered on and defended our family. Whether it was an offered bottled water, a shout out from the sidelines, a shared meal, or helping a family of 6 make sure Jameson got to his game or tourney, so many families have impacted this journey and your support is acknowledged and forever appreciated! Jameson’s siblings - Mack, Collins and Leighton - have likewise freely contributed (maybe?) their time to watching, cheering on and joining Jameson on this journey and are following in his footsteps. Along the way there have been a few less fancy vacations when lacrosse ate both the time and budget for the summer, but they have almost never (lol) complained and their ❤️& admiration for their brother makes me equally proud as a parent. One of the best things about travel lacrosse was that it gave us a reason to see my own grandmother in B’more who couldn’t travel due a stroke & provided a link for our kids to her bc she so loved the sport. When she passed and GGM appeared on their helmets it cemented for me the varied way this sport brings people together. Jameson, I can’t wait to watch this next chapter in your life and we are so so proud of u. Go Bobcats! by @eric_big_red

So many memories. So many good times. So many hotel bills!!! @jfoggle just played his last club lacrosse game. His brothers were on the sidelines to watch. Loved spending time with him and all the families along the way. There’s no measuring stick of the awe and pride I have for Jameson and the way he has taken everything that comes his way and always managed to put the team first and get back out there to do his thing. There are big things to come and I can’t wait to witness them them. Much love to all the folks along the way and best of luck to all these young men along their future life paths! taken in D.E. Different kind of first day this year. Mack starts 9th at the WPHS Ninth Grade Center (my alma mater) in the IB program. Collins starts a new chapter in 7th at Trinity Prep and Leighton starts 5th at Lakemont Elementary as a patrol and President of Honor Society. So proud of them all and their accomplishments. What a roller coaster weekend. Last games of WPLC lax and a ‘ship for Mack before he heads off to WPHS for the next round of lax. Collins took 3rd in Tampa this am and then Leighton’s Swarm team won a ‘chip and ended their season undefeated too. 6 games for Leighton tween lax and football and 3 for Mack witg one Cheer Competition ✅ Sleep isn’t for parents!!! by @eric_big_red
