As the World Cup kicks into high gear, Brazilian soccer legend and official tournament ambassador @oficialrc3 signed a contract to buy two condos at the @viceroy_fortlauderdale.

“Fort Lauderdale has always felt like a natural place for me.”

The 52-year-old footballer will be involved in designing his new homes.

The first is a 1,350-square-foot two-bedroom, 2.5-bath spread with a 200-square-foot terrace.

The second 1,850-square-foot dwelling comes with three bedrooms and three baths and a 250-square-foot terrace. Carlos will be living on one of the building’s higher floors.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Fort Lauderdale over the weekend for an incredible Investor Gala. It was an experience that brought together the best in luxury, performance, and purpose.

We experienced it all — from the jet hangar and exotic cars to the casino night, silent auction, and private chef dining. Add in live investment presentations and conversations with founders of exploding brands… this weekend wasn’t just an event. It was the birth of a movement.

Art Basel weekend recap!

Day one was filled with family office events, high net worth investor meet ups, panels, discussions, presentations, and hosting different parties and gatherings.

Day 2 was a recovery day and beach day 😂

Day 3 a lot of fun. Being able to tour the city and appreciate the art was really cool. Seeing the @kimkardashian X @artlanta__ lambo collab was insane!
