I’m so incredibly proud of my wife @z_z_z_zara for literally obliterating law school. Choosing @southwesternlawschool was one of the best decisions of our life. I adore her SCALE classmates and professors. I feel like she’s leaving Southwestern the best version of herself and that’s all I wanted for her when she decided to take this massive step. Thank you @giahughes for having the amazing @fishchiesa secretly capture me in my element bartending @thehotelcafe second stage before we relocate. So cool! I’m proud to have been a small part of this legendary venue’s history and I look forward to helping write the next chapter in our new location. Hot take I know, but 2025 has not been the greatest year for humanity so far! I’m trying to focus on being grateful for my amazing family, friends, community, and of course, another year of @hembreemusic.

U R What U Eat is the first of many new singles we’ll be releasing, and our show at @warehouseonbroadway w/ @postsexnachos is the first of many shows we’ll play this year.

This will be year 10 (!) of Hembree for Isaac and me, and we have no plans of slowing down anytime soon. The love and support for this project truly inspires us to keep going. You can find the link to this relentless ripper of a tune in my bio! by @eric_pala_zolo

WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN! @hembreemusic’s third full length album “Better Days” is out today! All three Hembree albums are completely different experiences and I’m proud of that. As we change and evolve as people, our music changes and evolves too. Our mission was to just make this album feel good, to not overthink anything, and most importantly, to have fun making music together. I hope you enjoy it. by @eric_pala_zolo

@z_z_z_zara and I would like to introduce our newest family member Blue! So how did these “border collie people” up with this sweet, gorgeous husky boy?

I found him on the street! He was walking by himself with no collar, so I pulled over, and was able to get him to jump into my car. I took him to a nearby shelter and was able to locate his owner using his microchip. She was an older woman who had developed mobility issues and could not give him the care he needed anymore. When I dropped him off at her house, she asked if I wanted him. I said “probably not”.

Because for us to take him, he had to be perfect. With my crazy work/travel schedule, Zara starting law school, and still getting over Viktor’s sudden passing, we were not really thinking about getting a new dog at the moment… But there was just something about him. I agreed to take him on walks and eventually started bringing him over to our house to see how he would do. We learned he was smart, gentle, calm, friendly, silly, very lovey, and in fact perfect for us.

So here we are! First time husky owners! As an 8 year dogcare professional I’ve learned that a dog’s breed is a nice generalization of certain behaviors and physical traits, but even dogs in the same litter can have completely different personalities. When choosing a dog have an open mind, and of course, #adoptdontshop ! 💙 by @eric_pala_zolo

Happy Anniversary to my amazing wife @z_z_z_zara! Here are some of my favorite pictures I took of her on our recent trip to Portugal. This trip was special because not only is it our second wedding anniversary, but Zara is also starting law school at @southwesternlawschool in a few weeks! KC FRIENDS: While I may be on vacation in PORTUGAL with my WIFE, deep down I really wish I was in KC with my BAND. Thankfully, @hembreemusic will be playing not ONE, but TWO nights at @crossroadshotelkc August 14 and 15, so I won’t have to be miserable too much longer…

🚨Sentimental Post Alert🚨

Touring is not for most people. There’s no comfort zone, there’s no privacy. Different city, different bed <- (if you’re lucky🎲) every night. Your bandmates are closer to you than your immediate family and it takes a lot of self sacrifice and will-power to function when you’re physically exhausted, mentally exhausted, sick, homesick etc.

Thank you Alex, Austin, Garrett, and Isaac for everything you do the 23 hours a day we’re not performing. Even though it’s not always easy, it’s still a whole lot of fucking fun, and I feel like we’re just getting started.

Thank you @juiceband for taking us on your tour. You are all so talented and so cool. Getting to know you all and quickly becoming dear friends was the highlight of this tour… Performing “Rebel Yell” with Will Forte is a close second though. Let’s do it all again soon!

Sad news from our family: Our beloved dog Viktor passed away unexpectedly this weekend.

The 8 years I had with him feels cruelly short right now. Every single day we spent together was magic and I’m struggling to accept we will not have any more.

He was a brilliant dog whose purpose in life was to make the people he loved feel loved, and of course, to catch flying objects with his mouth.

Thank you to our friends and family who’ve been so supportive and loving during an incredibly challenging moment. We seriously could not get through this without you all.

Viktor was one of a kind. Compassionate, so happy, and laser-focused until his last moment. We miss him dearly. by @eric_pala_zolo
