no one will ever understand how thankful i am for my dad. he served this country for 21 long hard stressful eye opening years. I only was able to experience 15 of those years but i am glad i was able to be given this life. it’s been very hard on me and my family at times but i couldn’t ask for anything better. it was a great experience that taught me a lot. i’ve always been waiting for the day when he retired because i thought life would be easier without you leaving for work whether it was deployments or having to go to other states or country’s or the moving and losing friends and leaving places that i’d loved. but over the past month i’ve really realized how important being a military child really was, and after all i think i’m going to miss it. i was able to experience a lot, see a lot of places, meet a lot of great people. it was a very eye opening experience. i love you so much dad and can’t thank you enough for serving and protecting our country♥️🇱🇷 by @eric_vancour
