There’s something about a handwritten note that feels different.

In a world of texts, emails, and instant messages, taking the time to put pen to paper feels almost like a lost art. Yet somehow, that’s what makes it so meaningful.

A handwritten note isn’t just about the words on the page. It carries a little piece of the person who wrote it - their time, their thoughtfulness, their handwriting, their intention.

And for the person receiving it, there’s something magical about opening the mailbox and finding something unexpected that was written just for them. The surprise. The curiosity. The feeling of knowing that someone thought about you enough to sit down and write.

It touches something deeper.

Because a handwritten note doesn’t simply arrive in the mail… It arrives at the heart.

And perhaps that’s why something so simple, something we’ve almost lost, can still mean so much.

@kawasumi.koji moves are precise, fluid, and professional… Notice how he removes the cage - this allows him to NEVER remove his thumb from the cork. This is an extremely important safety move as the pressure inside a Champagne bottle is often compared to the pressure in a car tire, but it’s about three times higher, around 70-90 psi versus 35 psi for a car tire..! A Champagne cork that fires out of a bottle unexpectedly can cause damage to you, others, or property in the room… #champagne #instachampagne #wineyakawasumi by @eric_w_anders

Have you ever looked at your own life with a sense of wonder..? Sometimes envy….?

Lately, I’ve had moments where I step back and think, "Wow, I’d love a life like that…”

Only to realize I’m looking at my own life. I don't say this to brag, but out of pure and overwhelming gratitude. I am just so deeply thankful for the peace and happiness I feel right now….
