It's been awhile but I am still around! Found this recipe from @_seasonedtotaste, thank you so much for sharing it! I loved it and I want to give credit to where credit is due! It ended up being my dinner last night....dragon roll sushi bowls! You do not know what you are missing! Super easy to make and quick and light! I will definitely be adding to my rotation 😌😋🙌🏾💃🏾

Who ever said eating a little healthy has to boring or not taste good! I love everything about avocado because it is so versatile and you can use it on almost anything! This was my breakfast this morning along with some oranges not shown 😉! This was so filling and good! I used multigrain bread with smash avo, a soft scrambled egg, mushrooms, a little bacon (bacon is my weak spot but I only cooked a slice), green onions, and a dash of everything bagel seasoning! So so good!

Quick dinner tonight! I actually cooked this last night for one of my cousins who is sick and it was so good when I made it for her and her family, that I decided we would be having the same thing for me and my family tonight. So, I remade it for us... garlic sesame chicken with a stir fry of vegetables! It was so tasty and easy!! Oh and I did make some jasmine rice!! Bon Appétit!! by @ericapskitchen

So it's been a while since my last post! If you me, you know I work like 5 jobs but next to being a mother and wife, cooking is something I really love to do! This wasn't tonight's dinner but I made it a few weeks ago.
Salmon and grits with stew tomatoes which I love and a sprinkle of green onion on top for garnish!

It's been a minute since I've posted. Work has had me super busy so not a whole lot of time to do what I love and that's cook! Dinner tonight was salmon topped with crab with a lemon butter garlic sauce, mashed potatoes, and sauteed spinach.

Tonight's dinner was orange rosemary glazed salmon! Can you say delicious!! Being a working mom and growing entrepreneur, I like to make super easy and quick meals that can feed my family after a long day of working and ripping and running after a toddler! Since I'm trying to watch what I eat, I had sauteed spinach but my the rest of my family has spinach and herb rice but you can make whatever you like!

One of the things I enjoy about being home from work on a snow day is being able to just relax and eat good food. I didn't want to over indulge and eat a whole lot of junk food so I tried to keep it light. I made a frittata with spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, pancetta and cheese with a tomato, basil, mozzarella and arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was so delicious.
