Lat & I’s story started a lot sooner than either one of us originally knew!! As kids, our families did life together in Conroe for years before the Nichols moved to a different part of the state & the connection faded. 23 years later, @makennahearne said the name “Prather” a few too many times for it to go unrecognized by @heatherjnichols . I’m thankful to serve the God who goes before us in all things, & thankful that He always had Lat in mind for me! We will never be deserving of the love that Jesus has for us. by @ericaschmericaa

Entering His gates with thanksgiving & His courts with praise!!! Starting a job as an ER nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital in a few months, met & did nursing school with some of the most driven & compassionate women, ran a half marathon today, dating the most steady & selfless man of God that I’ve prayed for, & surrounded by people after the Lord’s heart.
