And then Pierre appears…
Some people bring flowers. He brings travel plans.

Very grateful to @davidiserson for letting me have so much fun playing Pierre. And lovely scene partners of course! @walterslili and @haleyluhoo

More Pierre. More questionable decisions 🤪

Playing the stern (okay, maybe a little grumpy) Lord Banks Jenkinson has been an incredible ride—if you haven’t yet, I can’t wait for you all to meet him!

Huge shoutout to everyone who brought this world to life. Working alongside amazing talents like Benjamin Voisin, Jérémie Renier, Sigrid Bouaziz, Maud Wyler, and under the vision of showrunner Martin Bourboulon, writers like Ian Francis Kelly, and directors Laïla Marrakchi and Matias Boucard, has been unforgettable.
Let me know what you think of the show and Lord Jenkinson!

Passion got me through years of professional sport. Then it nearly burned me out.

Acting gave that drive somewhere new to go. Coaching taught me what to do with it.

I sat down with Jeff Ornstein on Next Act to talk about reinvention, balance, and why passing on what I’ve learnt as a certified Chubbuck Technique coach has become one of the most meaningful parts of my creative life.

The full episode is out now 🎙️ Link in bio.

If you’re an actor, a coach, or someone figuring out your own second act, follow along. I share what I’ve learned about the craft, the work behind it, and staying in it for the long run.

What’s one thing your craft has taught you that you’d want to pass on? Tell me below 👇

An actor’s job doesn’t stop when the camera does. 🎬

The preparation, the observation, the presence — it doesn’t have an off switch. Every moment is material. Every environment tells you something about how people move, talk, hold themselves.

Even here.

That’s what #TheConstantActor means to me. Not working all the time. Being alive to everything all the time.

Thank you @guraykesman @kesmanmalegrooming for taking good care of me 🙏🏼

What’s your version of staying in it between jobs? Tell me below. 👇

Every actor gets nervous on set. Every single one. 🎭

The ones who deliver are the ones without fear. They’re the ones who stop fighting it and start using it.

That shift — from “I need to calm down” to “what do I do with this energy right now” — that’s where the real work happens.

It’s one of the core things the Chubbuck Technique teaches you. Not to erase what you feel. To put it in service of your character.

What do you do with nerves before an audition? Tell me below. 👇

Same actor. Same role. Two very different moments. 🎬

Top — the selftape I sent to book it. Bottom — the final cut that aired.

Notice how the lines shifted between casting and broadcast. That’s normal. What doesn’t change is the foundation — a clear moment before, specific beats, an action that’s alive in every single take whether it’s take 1 in your bedroom or take 12 on set.

That’s what you need for a tape that gets you in the room and a performance that makes the final cut.

Beats and actions aren’t just a film thing. In commercials they’re everything — you have less than 30 seconds to make it real.

How I apply the Chubbuck Technique to all media? Link in bio. 👇

“Sir William! Not another step. And you Sir…. Put that blade down. Gentleman this cannot continue in this manner.” - WARRICK (Eric Geynes)

Film Noir has always been a favorite genre of mine. It’s was amazing to be transported back in time on this film. Shooting in a historical building with actors in period clothes made the script come alive. #thirddegree #filmnoir #ericgeynes

You can watch the film on APPLE TV
