Lots of family descended upon beautiful #puntamita a week or so ago and it was incredible. Between @casacorazonpuntamita and @condocorazon we had all the luxury, comfort and space we needed. This trip was one for the books. I have so many pics and videos that you may see some more posts too! Man what a blast. I was so happy to have both my parents, my kids and sister there. We had the best time. by @erickandell

Ok this is Andi Cooper, the sweetest little girl who can also bend her competitors in half! Holy Cow. She’s up for WRESTLER OF THE YEAR. I know she’d love your support. There is a link for a Google doc where you can go vote for her. You’re going to have to just randomly vote for a handful of other people until you see the name Andi Cooper, but you do need to vote in each section to make your vote count but the only vote I’m asking for is Andi. If you’re interested in able to help Sunday, you would need to be at the Teen Shelter in Salt Lake City at 12 noon and you would be finished at 2 PM. I will be bringing all of the food, but I need 3 to 4 people to help me cook it. You must be 16 years or older. by @erickandell

It’s been a while and Man doesn’t feel good to be back at the homeless shelter. I’ve got a group of Guy friends heading with me tomorrow morning bright and early for breakfast. This was Monday night. The shelter just texted me to see if I could bring body wash, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Many of you have asked how you can help and here’s an opportunity. You can either drop these off at my house and leave them on my porch anytime tonight that you would like or have them delivered by DoorDash or Walmart delivery. I can assure you it as much needed or they would not be asking me. #servewithlove #dountoothers #backupyourwords by @erickandell

I’m sure I’ll do another post that doesn’t scroll through the pictures and videos as quickly, but I wanted to get something up soon. I had the best time ever with @adykandell @max_kandell and @lucykandell while we jumped from Salt Lake City to Hong Kong to Shanghai and then to Singapore all within seven days. These kids are pro travelers. As an example we flew 17 or so hours to Hong Kong and arrived at 4:30 AM Hong Kong time and didn’t go to bed that night until 10 PM. There was not a single day while in Asia or anyone went back to the room to take a nap and we were generally up and going before 8 AM. Not only was there no complaining, but there was amazing amounts of energy and desire to do everything we possibly could every day I will travel with these guys anytime and anywhere! #hongkong #shanghai #singapore by @erickandell

Happy belated 80th (looks 40) to my beautiful mom. I spent a few days in Ohio last week celebrating her and having a great time back where I grew up on Sunnybrook rd in Kent, Ohio. What a great trip and to the world’s best mom - I LOVE YOU ❤️ by @erickandell
