Spatial intelligence isn't measured in square meters; it is designed in volume.

The true value of a project lies in spatial intelligence. For this apartment, building regulations presented a strict limit on the number of dwellings per building. Rather than accepting this as a limitation, we shifted the equation by leveraging the maximum allowed height to our advantage.

The interior of this apartment marks the possibilities of what looking at space as volume, instead of square meters, can do. The result is a completely expansive environment, intentionally curated to deliver a higher quality of life and highly enjoyable spaces.

Casa AA emerges from the history of its site.

Drawing upon historical geometries and architectural massing, we achieve an aesthetic guided by our own language and interpretation of architecture.

An architecture meant to be lived, felt, and experienced. Developed and conceived with the highest level of detail, Casa AA comes to life.

For the master bedroom, we envisioned a serene sanctuary designed for absolute rest. By layering warm woods, tactile fabrics, and an earthy palette, we perfectly balanced a mix of textures and tones to create a private retreat of relaxed sophistication.

New project.

During our first visit to Los Angeles for an upcoming project in Bel Air, not a single minute passed without looking for inspiration.

These early stages of design are about understanding the place — its culture, its people, its materials, and the way life unfolds within it.

From the iconic works of Frank Lloyd Wright, Charles and Ray Eames, Richard Neutra, Rudolf Schindler, Pierre Koenig, Frank Gehry, Ray Kappe and many more, to the quiet beauty of everyday details — textures, fixtures, and objects — the city becomes a living library of ideas.

Looking forward to translating all of this inspiration into a new space across borders. taken in Los Angeles, California by @erickdomca
