Last day at Glacier National Park: we hiked into a waterfall, but man it was 40 degrees and snowing 😱😳 not much wildlife, they must have been hunkered down. Lots of Pronghorns once we got off the mountain and several peregrine falcons. We passed through the Flathead and Blackfoot Reservation, going to stop at the Assiniboine Nation tomorrow, then on to our 5th National Park; Theodore Roosevelt National Park. taken in Two Medicine by @ericlanedehart

Last day in Yellowstone, tomorrow Glacier Nat Park then the last leg will be Roosevelt Nat Park North Dakota. We have seen a moose, 7 coyotes, 5 chasing a pronghorn, lots of other Antelope, 6 bears(1grizzly) 2 fox, lots of mule deer and whitetail, 1000+ Bison, 100+ elk, 2 trumpeter swans. 1 marmot, loads of ground squirrels and prairie dogs, and several Pikas and I got a glimpse of a bighorn sheep. by @ericlanedehart

Yellowstone didn’t disappoint. Saw a moose, lots of Bison and babies plus several elk. The sights were great for just one afternoon/evening. by @ericlanedehart

Today on the anniversary of my father’s passing we rode horses through rivers and meadows in the Grand Teton mountains. Later today we will go to Yellowstone, one of his favorite places.
Dad loved the west, he loved the mountains and being in these wild places. My family will continue exploring the wild places. The memories, the lessons and his voice are always close at hand. Thanks dad for everything. by @ericlanedehart
