Seattle Tsunami Pickleball Team Selkirk Pickleball

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The 2026 MLP Champions Series regular season ended last weekend in Columbus OH with the Seattle Tsunami Pickleball (Premier Team) finishing in 3rd place.

Final event will be Championships weekend coming up real soon at the end of Oct in Dallas TX.

Special thanks to Troy Osborn for subbing in last weekend. Had the pleasure to play and grind out some tough matches with him all weekend.

Also thanks to Selkirk as I switched to the Omni paddle. Loving it. Got both power and control.

Happy to share that our team went 4-0 in Phoenix last weekend.
Team received 1st place for the weekend and moved into 2nd place overall.

Quick recognition of our three subs Amy Sessions, Lynn Syler and Robin D’Abreo who stepped up and delivered critical wins! So good!

Next stop will be Columbus OH in October for our last regular season event.

Seattle came to play. 🌊

The Seattle Tsunami went undefeated in Chicago and jumped to 3rd place in the season standings.

They had to earn it, too — trailing the Columbus Hotshots 5-4 before winning the final three mixed matches to take it 7-5.

And as Jeff and Shay discuss, Martin Clark and Eric Le are both playing some Pod 2 this season and showing why this Seattle team could be a serious title contender.

Are the Tsunami a team to watch the rest of the season?

The Dallas recap in Episode #13 drops Thursday. Check link in bio!

Been a packed 1.5 weeks with two back to back PB events: MLP Champions Series Chicago and Seattle Metro Classic.

Our MLP Seattle Tsunami team went to Chicago last week (1st event of season) and came away with 2-2 record in a strong bracket. Think we learned a lot and will retool and go to Dallas next weekend revving to go play another 4 teams.

As a bonus we were playing at same venue with the MLP (younger) players so Connie took some photos with them.

The Seattle Metro Classic this week was very competitive. Competition level keeps getting stronger as new players age-in to the 50+ yo level.

Partner and I took Bronze in the men’s gender senior open and came close to the podium in mixed but came just a little short. Sincere thanks to my partners, Ian and Lynn!

Thank you to Selkirk Sport - We are Pickleball for the equipment and gear.

Whatever paddle certification I needed, UPA or USPA, Selkirk has a solution.

Congratulations to the 2026 MXD tournament fundraiser at Bellevue Club for raising nearly $30k for the Fred Hutch Cancer Center.

Our team “Kitchen Fire” won 🥇. We beat a very tough team in the finals that was decided in a Team Breaker. Nail Biter. Great playing to my teammates, Nicole, Jo Jo and Doug!

Thank you to my new sponsor #selkirksport for the equipment and gear. The Boomstick paddle really performed great providing spin, power and control when needed. It is a pleasure to play with. taken in Bellevue Club by @ericle_pb
