“So needless to say
I’m odds and ends
But that’s me I’m stumblin’ away

Dreams is an easy song to play, nothing more than going back n forth between the F and G chords. With that being said, it’s also very difficult. It’s not about knowing the chords. It’s about letting the emotion of the song take the wheel. So here I am just trying to find some fluidity and balance. I most definitely have a long way to go but I love where I am so far. by @ericleedlg

Maaaaan you really do lose it if you don’t use it😭 prior to these past couple weeks, I hadn’t attempted playing the drums in easily over 6-7 years. But I was a drummer before I was anything I am now so I’ll be back in no time🙃 (hopefully, bc tbh that little bit I did was honestly pretty tiring😆) by @ericleedlg

Been trying to expand my musical knowledge/creativity and so I finally began the journey of learning the piano. For the longest time, I put the idea in my head that this was too complicated to learn and I couldn’t ever learn it. But of course life has a funny way of doing its thing. So, this wonderful woman who used to be my barber when I was lk 10-16 was fixing/cleaning her late fathers house to be sold, and this piano had been a part of their family since 1985. Bless her kind soul, she gave it to us for free. I have a long long road ahead of me with this instrument, but I have been able to learn chords and translate it to the guitar to be able to learn a few songs.

I don’t aim for it to sound perfect anymore. But I know if I stick with it, I might just start to sound like myself. by @ericleedlg
