60+ year old EC ALUMS! Dokie Williams, CIF 🏈 & State Track And Field Champion! Super Bowl Champion with the LA Raiders also! Buddy Robinson, played on EC’s 1st CIF Boys Varsity 🏀 Team to make it to the Finals! These long friendships since high school, 40+ years whether we are hanging out, golfing, playing table tennis or going to sporting events together NEVER disappear and actually get stronger over time! DOUBLE BYPASS HEART SURGERY! I have worked with Ruben Mendoza at the ECPC for 30+ Years! I know how hard he works and to see him today for lunch for the first time after his heart surgery is absolutely heartwarming! He had a very close call. He looks and feels absolutely great now! Another VIP DODGERS DUGOUT CLUB game, this one on JUNETEENTH! Three fantastic VIP’s in my life, future USD Toreros Judah @judahrreese and Zamar @zamarreese. And Antonio @toni2trim an extremely accomplished young man and I am very good friends with his dad Lance @versace_shades_laid! I have had the utmost pleasure of meeting and catching up with Gregory @glo.jr a few times at the ECPC! He is tuning up for the PGA TOUR AMERICAS circuit and not only is an exceptional talent, but an extremely cordial and fantastic young man. HUNDREDS of SPORTING EVENTS for GUESTS over the last 25+ years, one coming up on JUNETEENTH! Back in the day to NOW, my legendary MUSIC CONTESTS for my guests! Old school contests made on cassettes and played on my car cassette player! NOW, it is SO MUCH easier to stream the contests to a phone PLAYLIST! This Friday, a 67 song, 4+ hour contest awaits! It is simple, 5 guesses per song, whoever guesses the artist or group the quickest correctly gets a point. Most points at the end wins a cash prize of $50! Oceanside and Green Bay Packers HOF Legend Willie Buchanon! I first met Willie when he was a substitute teacher at Lincoln Junior High School in the NFL off season in 1976 when I was finishing 8th Grade! Today, 50 years later, we are having breakfast in Oceanside. A great human being who still cares for today’s youth and conveys the right things in life to teach. EC Alum, 1999 CIF 🏈 Champion and former New England Patriot Antwain @mister_spann! Gosh, I mentored Antwain a little over 25 years ago! Now a successful family man of 5, visiting the old man for a few days, taking him to his first Dodger game tonight! I will NEVER forget when after DOZENS of requests, he gave me one of his 4 playoff tickets when he and his Patriots beat the Chargers in a playoff game years ago. A super young man and valued friend.
