Hybrids are challenging, but also fun and life changing. This one turned out great for one of our favorite patients. Patient presented with an abundance of nonrestorable worn teeth. We elected extraction of his remaining teeth and Zr hybrids. @biohorizons implants were used; five implants on the maxillary arch six on the mandibular. @smartonx conversion was used with @ivoclar Ivotion dentures. Final Zr completed and characterized with @midwestdentalarts @girltoothtech_cdt_mda @ericpadovani. I loved how it turned out. Also peep the changes in my photography over time too!

The person behind the teeth—I’m so glad I was able to give a smile back to this truly wonderful individual. He presented to our clinic with a heavily restored, failing dentition, and a severe gag reflex. We made the mutual decision to extract his remaining teeth and restore with maxillary and mandibular zirconia hybrids. @biohorizons implants were utilized. Interim hybrids were printed with @sprintray OnX Tough 2 and designed on @exocadofficial Final restorations were fabricated by @midwestdentalarts @ericpadovani @girltoothtech_cdt_mda

For this patient I got to utilize my new photo studio and training by @miladinov_milos . I love how much more vibrant everything looks. Overall I’m so grateful I was able to give this guy the smile he deserves!

Beautiful new case for a well deserving patient! Biohorizons tapered conical pro implants used. I love the fit of the MUAs especially surgically having to remove less bone. Surgical immediate load provisional was an @ivoclar Ivotion denture converted with @smartonx.
